ZeroWire medical alert system enables
1) Person activity monitoring
The programmed system can ‘notice’ if a vulnerable person has no activity or movements, through our ZeroWire monitoring. Relatives and friends are notified via instant message when this happens. The ZeroWire medical alert system therefore ensures a more secure environment for vulnerable people.
2) Pendant/watch alert
This pendant or watch is a device that is active 24 hours a day. In addition, if the button is pressed by the user it sends an alert to a family member or friend, and/or the monitoring centre
3) Contact for medical cabinet
A wireless contact can be attached to the medical cabinet within the home to ensure that the person is taking their medication daily. A family member or friend will receive a notification to tell them that the medical cabinet has been opened. They then can call the person to ensure they take their medication if they do not receive a notification.
4) WIFI desktop or wall mount Camera with Audio feature
This camera can be monitored and connected to a family member through the UltraSync app . This allows them to directly contact the person that may require assistance. The person in need of assistance can activate the camera and audio two-way channel by pressing the emergency button on the panel or similarly on their person.
